B86546017, (hereinafter, “b!Hub” or the “Company”) is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data. This Privacy Policy provides information regarding the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

You may contact us by sending an email to dpo@bhub.es should you have any questions regarding this policy. If you wish, you may request a list of recipients of your data at the same email address.

2.- DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

b!Hub has a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for addressing any concerns our users may have regarding the protection of their personal data and our practices in this regard. Furthermore, you may contact our Data Protection Officer to exercise any of your data protection rights and to suggest any actions related to this area.

3.- PROCESSING OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMER OR USER DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

If you are not yet a b!Hub customer but would like to receive our communications regarding news, special offers, campaigns, new product launches, etc., we will process your data as follows:

  • Purpose of processing: we process your data to keep you informed about our latest news and any special offers that may interest you.
  • Types of data to be processed: email address, full name and web browsing data.
  • Legal basis for processing: your express consent, which you will provide by checking the specific checkbox for that purpose.
  • Recipients of your data: access to your personal data will be restricted to certain technology service providers that need to access our customers’ data in order to perform the services they provide to us. These service providers will process your data in accordance with our instructions and always under our supervision.
  • International data transfers: in order to provide you with the service, we use the services of technology providers who need to access your personal data from the United States, operating strictly in accordance with our instructions. These providers comply with legal frameworks that establish a level of protection that is equivalent to that of EU regulations. You can request an up-to-date list of these recipients by sending an email to dpo@bhub.es.
  • Data retention period: your data will be retained for as long as you wish. At any time, you may request that we stop sending you these communications via the link provided for this purpose in all our marketing communications. If you do not interact with our marketing emails for 18 months (with ‘interact’ meaning opening the email), we will delete your data.
  • Mandatory data: you must provide the information requested in the fields marked with an (*) on the data collection form, as b!Hub needs this information to send you marketing communications. Failure to provide this information would mean that b!Hub cannot send you marketing communications effectively.

4.- DATA PROCESSING WHEN YOU CONTACT US VIA THE FORM, EMAIL OR CHAT

If you have submitted a query to b!Hub, we will process your data as set out below:

5.- PROCESSING OF JOB APPLICANT DATA SUBMITTED VIA THE “WORK WITH US” FORM

If you apply for a job at b!Hub and have sent us your CV, we will process your data as set out below:

  • Purpose of processing: we process your data to assess any current or future application for a position at b!Hub.
  • Types of data to be processed: identification data (ID number, full name, address, telephone number, email address, signature, photograph, date and place of birth), employment history, and academic and professional information.
  • Legal basis for processing: your express consent, which you will provide by checking the specific checkbox for that purpose or sending us your CV.
  • Recipients of your data: access to your personal data will be restricted to certain technology service providers that need to access our customers’ data in order to perform the services they provide to us. These service providers will process your data in accordance with our instructions and always under our supervision. Group companies will also have access to your data to facilitate the comprehensive management of human resources and support the group’s day-to-day operations, based on the group’s legitimate business interest.
  • International data transfers: in order to provide you with the service, we use the services of technology providers who need to access your personal data from the United States, operating strictly in accordance with our instructions. These providers comply with legal frameworks that establish a level of protection that is equivalent to that of EU regulations. You can request an up-to-date list of these recipients by sending an email to dpo@bhub.es.
  • Data retention period: your data will be retained for one year from the date on which you submitted your CV to b!Hub.
  • Mandatory data: you must provide the information requested in the fields marked with an (*) on the data collection form, as b!Hub needs this information to assess your job application. Failure to provide this information would mean that b!Hub is unable to evaluate your job application effectively.

6.- PROCESSING OF DATA OF SOCIAL MEDIA USERS WHO INTERACT WITH B!HUB’S SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS

If you are a social media user and interact with any of b!Hub’s accounts or pages, we will process your data as set out below:

  • Purpose of processing: we process your data so that we can interact with you in the normal course of business in accordance with the social media platform’s policies, and to manage our online communities in accordance with the policies of each social media platform and our respective interests (both yours and ours).
  • Types of data to be processed: full name and username on the social media platform.
  • Legal basis for processing: we have a legitimate interest in processing your data within the framework of the social media platform, in order to respond to any queries, questions, etc. that you submit to us via the platform and to interact with you within the normal operation of the social media platform.
  • Recipients of your data: no third party will have access to your social media user data through b!Hub.
  • Data retention period: we will only retain your data for as long as is necessary to address your query, or for the duration of our interaction. Please note that, whilst we will not specifically store this data, your data may be retained on the social media platform in accordance with the operating policy of each specific platform.

7.- PROCESSING OF DATA OF SUPPLIER REPRESENTATIVES

If you are a representative or contact person for a b!Hub supplier with whom our employees are in contact, we will process your data as outlined below:

  • Purpose of processing: we process your data to maintain, fulfil, develop, monitor and carry out the business relationship we have with the supplier for whom you work or with you, if you are self-employed.
  • Types of data to be processed: identification data (full name, address, telephone number, email address, signature, photograph), employment history and bank details.
  • Legal basis for processing: we have a legitimate interest in processing your data as a contact person of a b!Hub supplier, in order to fulfil our business relationship.
  • Recipients of your data: access to your personal data will be restricted to certain technology service providers that need to access the data of our suppliers’ representatives in order to perform the services they provide to us. These service providers will process your data in accordance with our instructions and always under our supervision. Group companies will also have access to your data based on the legitimate interest in jointly managing suppliers.
  • International data transfers: in order to provide you with the service, we use the services of technology providers who need to access your personal data from the United States, operating strictly in accordance with our instructions. These providers comply with legal frameworks that establish a level of protection that is equivalent to that of EU regulations. You can request an up-to-date list of these recipients by sending an email to dpo@bhub.es.
  • Data retention period: your data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with the supplier for whom you work, or with you if you are self-employed.

8.- PROCESSING OF DATA OF CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES

If you are a representative or contact person for a b!Hub customer with whom our employees are in contact, we will process your data as outlined below:

  • Purpose of processing: we process your data to maintain, fulfil, develop, monitor and carry out the business relationship we have with the customer for whom you work or with you, if you are self-employed.
  • Types of data to be processed: identification data (full name, address, telephone number, email address, signature, photograph), employment history and bank details.
  • Legal basis for processing: we have a legitimate interest in processing your data as a contact person of a b!Hub customer, in order to fulfil our business relationship.
  • Recipients of your data: access to your personal data will be restricted to certain technology service providers that need to access the data of our suppliers’ representatives in order to perform the services they provide to us. These service providers will process your data in accordance with our instructions and always under our supervision. Group companies will also have access to your data based on the legitimate interest in jointly managing customers.
  • International data transfers: in order to provide you with the service, we use the services of technology providers who need to access your personal data from the United States, operating strictly in accordance with our instructions. These providers comply with legal frameworks that establish a level of protection that is equivalent to that of EU regulations. You can request an up-to-date list of these recipients by sending an email to dpo@bhub.es.
  • Data retention period: your data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with the customer for whom you work, or with you if you are self-employed.

9.- EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

You may exercise the following rights with b!Hub:

  • the right to access your personal data to find out what data is being processed and the specific processing operations carried out with it;
  • The right to request the rectification of any inaccurate personal data;
  • The right to have your personal data erased, where possible;
  • The right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted when the accuracy, lawfulness or necessity of the data processing is in doubt. In such cases, we may retain the data for the purpose of pursuing or defending legal claims.
  • The right to object to the processing of your data when responding to any questions you have submitted to us via the contact form, email or chat, and to the processing of your data when it is collected through a social media platform or if you are a representative or contact person for a b!Hub supplier.
  • The right to withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time, via the link provided for this purpose in every marketing communication.
  • The right to data portability regarding your personal data, when you are a b!Hub customer and the processing is based on maintaining our contractual relationship. Portability involves receiving the personal data you have provided to b!Hub in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmitting the data to another data controller where the processing is carried out by automated means.

You must specify which right you wish to exercise and provide your identification details. Should we require additional information besides that which you have provided to verify your identity, we will let you know.

If you believe that b!Hub has breached personal data protection legislation, please do not hesitate to contact us at dpo@bhub.es, setting out your concerns, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. In any event, you may also report it to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) and lodge a complaint with this body to protect your rights.
